EDI's MaxAir stainless steel bubble diffuser offers proven design for both mixing and aeration applications. This design features an inverted air reservoir with three rows of air diffusion ports on each side for maximum performance. The cast-air inlet has an integral hex nut and 3/4" NPT(M) connection. Both ends are continuously welded to the body for maximum strength and years of service.
These diffusers can be used in flow equalization tanks, grit tanks, aerated channels, package plants, activated sludge tanks, oxidation ditches, aerobic digesters and post aeration tanks. The open bottom allows rags and debris to purge from the unit when air is applied after shut down.
