We highly recommend that customers stick with the lubrication recommended by your blower manufacturer. Failure to do so can void your blower warranty. Recommended ambient temperature range is shown where applicable. |
NEW SumTech® FMG-2 grease is specified for servicing drive end bearings of Howden Roots URAI gas blowers built before 8/1/16 and serial numbers up to but not including 1608A. This NLGI #2 premium grade aluminum complex grease offers 518°F (270°C) drop point temperature range, moisture resistance and good mechanical stability. |
Important Note: SumTech FMG-2 grease may not be compatible with other greases. You must follow a specific transition process when using SumTech grease for the first time. See the Operators Note below for more information. |
