Prices: Market fluctuations and occasional errors make it necessary for us to reserve the right to change prices without notice. All accounts must pay in U.S. dollars.

Payment: Net–30 days from date of invoice. Interest at the rate of 1.5% per month will be charged on all accounts unpaid 30 days after invoice due date.

Shipping: Orders are shipped FOB Waukegan, Illinois, or factory, by the most efficient means available. Freight charges will be added to invoices for open account customers. Separate freight charges may apply if an order contains items which ship from multiple suppliers.

Quotations: Subject to prompt acceptance. We reserve the right to correct stenographic errors and to reject orders if credit is found unsatisfactory. Prices submitted do not include taxes.

International Orders: Pro forma invoices are sent on request. We accept certified checks, wire transfers of funds or irrevocable letters of credit. Send all inquiries to the attention of Export Department, Utility Supply of America. Standard export quotation pricing in US dollars is FOB plant/factory or FOB Utility Supply of America, Northbrook, Illinois or factory, if applicable. Cost and Freight (C&F) and Cost Insurance Freight (CIF) quotations will be offered on request. International orders requiring special handling, packaging, consular invoices, certificates of origin, inspection certificates, etc. are subject to additional charges. We will also quote FOB Chicago's O'Hare Airport. We can provide special export packing, if or when required/specified.

Damage Claims: We take great care in filling, checking and packing your order. On rare occasions, a package can be damaged or lost in transit. If U.P.S., refuse package or hold for inspection and call USA for Return #. If a truck shipment is damaged, state shortage or damage on bill of lading, then call us and we will immediately begin helping to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.

Special Orders: Non-stock items ordered just for you are normally not-returnable.

Returned Goods: Your complete satisfaction is our sincere desire. After 30 days, items are not returnable except for repair or replacement per the manufacturer's warranty policy. We ask only that you please contact our Customer Service Department for shipping instructions before returning merchandise. Any product which does not have its original serial number or other such markings may not be returned or exchanged or warranted
