The airflow gauge kit, in conjunction with the Pitot tube, shows how much air is being directed to individual lines in your plant and how much total air your blower is producing. Air velocity is measured in fpm and read directly on the gauge. A chart is provided for easy conversion of feet per minute (fpm) into cubic feet per minute (cfm) for pipe sizes 2" through 12".
The 4" Magnehelic gauge with dual scale ranges from 2000 to 12,500 fpm and 0 to 10" WC. The gauge has full-scale accuracy of ±2% and a 20 to 140°F operating temperature range. The case and exterior parts are dipped to withstand a 168-hour salt spray test.
Includes: 9 ft of 3/16" ID tubing, two 1/8" NPT to tubing adapters and two 1/8" pipe plugs.
Ordering Information: Purchase at least one 5/16" x 8" Pitot tube with the airflow kit to make a complete airflow measurement system. The optional mounting gland inserts into a standard 1/2" NPT opening and has a compression nut to secure the pitot tube to desired position within the pipe.
The gauge can be flush or surface mounted with the standard hardware supplied. An optional pipe mount kit lets you mount the gauge on 1-1/4" through 2" vertical or horizontal pipe. Call USABlueBook Tech Support for gauges for cfm ranges lower than those listed below.
