These reliable peristaltic metering pumps feature a true variable-speed DC motor. Variable speed pumping offers more consistent chemical feed without the use of mechanical starting/stopping or timers, and greatly reduces the amount of maintenance. These pumps are manually adjustable, making them great for on/off control when connected to a boiler or cooling tower controller. Use the speed dial on the front of the pump to manually change feed rate.

The unique pump tube design installs easily and keeps the tube centered on the rollers. The tube failure detection system stops pump operation in the event of a tube failure. Heavy-duty Valox® housing is resistant to most common water treatment chemicals.

Connect the optional Micro-Flo flow verification sensor to the pump for continuous monitoring of chemical flow. If chemical fails to inject, the pump stops and an alarm relay closes, allowing for remote alarm indication or initiation of a back-up pump.

Includes: 2 pump tubes, 10' of suction/discharge tubing, suction strainer, ceramic weight and injector.
