Chem-Pro variable-speed diaphragm pumps feature a PVDF pump head and large PVDF double-ball valves, perfect for pumping difficult chemicals. Their degassing, self-priming valve is built into the pump head, making these pumps easy to set up and maintain.
Pumps also feature a backlit LCD screen that shows motor speed percentage and alarm status. Their handy diaphragm failure alarm system automatically shuts off the pump if chemicals leak into the pump head. 3-amp alarm output relay triggers a separate external alarm.
Choose from two models: Manual control pumps feature a user-friendly 3-button keypad to adjust pump speed. External speed-control pumps receive 4-20 mA, 0-10 VDC and pulsed signal inputs from external devices such as flow meters and chlorine or pH analyzers. Use the received signals to automatically adjust pump output. These pumps allow timed batch output trigger via single or multiple pulse inputs.
All pumps feature a NEMA 4X (IP66) washdown enclosure constructed from chemical-resistant powder-coated aluminum. Additional voltages and connections are available as special order; contact USABlueBook for details.
Includes: 10 ft of clear PVC suction tubing, PVDF injection fitting and foot valve. Two-year warranty. Choose from two repair kits: complete headblock or maintenance. Complete headblock repair kits include: a PVDF head, suction and discharge valves with adapters, Viton® diaphragm and head screws. Maintenance repair kits include: an O-ring, springs and ceramic check balls.
