These mechanically-driven diaphragm pumps are very versatile, easy to maintain and engineered to satisfy a wide range of water treatment applications. Series 100 pumps feature full adjustability over the entire operating range. The lifetime lubricated, sealed, self-maintaining gear train and rugged chemical-resistant housing provide a long life cycle.

Pumps feature a manual speed control knob with a locking lever. If pumping sodium hypochlorite or hydrogen peroxide, where the pump may be off for a period of time, the optional degassing valve prevents gas buildup and keeps the pump primed. Purchase the degassing valve separately.

Includes: injection check valve assembly, foot valve/strainer, suction valve, discharge valve, bleed valve, vinyl suction tubing, polyethylene discharge tubing and bleed valve return tubing. Repair kits include: pump head, replacement diaphragm, seal, 4 pump head screws and check valves.
