Walchem EHE Series Metering Pumps offer more power and better performance than any other electronic metering pump on the market. With flow capabilities up to 480 gpd, pressure ratings from 30 to 150 psi and a microprocessor-based control board that allows turndown ratios of 1800:1, these pumps are the most efficient and versatile available.
EHE Series pumps are great for a variety of applications. They feature a user-friendly 4-button keypad that adjusts pump speed, toggles between internal or external control, and operates the start/stop function. Once turned on, the pump primes in seconds. Pace the pump using 4-20 mA or pulse signals.
The scalable 4-20 mA signal allows you to set both minimum and maximum stroking frequencies. Operate pulse signals in two modes; pulse multiply or pulse divide. In pulse multiply mode, one pulse produces 1 to 999 strokes. In pulse divide mode, the pump can receive a number of pulses and divide by a factor of 1 to 999.
Includes: injection valve, foot valve, ceramic weight, 20' of polyethylene tubing and a manual air vent valve. Sulfuric acid pumps do not include tubing, foot valve or manual air vent valve, and are to be hard piped. All pumps have a 2-year warranty, including the pump drive and liquid end parts.
