Single-phase WWTP blower control panels include many features normally found only in expensive custom panels costing $100s more. These include:
Enclosure: weatherproof NEMA 4X enclosure with lockable latch & ground lug. Contactors: IEC contactors with adjustable Class 10 overloads and run lights. Circuit protection: circuit breaker provides blower disconnect and branch circuit protection. Alternator: alternating relay (duplex units) with override control for individual or two-blower operation. Hour meter: internally mounted as standard for easy maintenance scheduling Time Clock: 24-hour, 96 pin. Control switch: internally mounted Hand Off Auto switch. Connections: terminal block for connecting time clock, DO controller, etc to control circuit.
Single-phase panels are not supplied with step-down transformers and must be supplied with 120 VAC control power.
Three-phase WWTP blower control panels have all the features listed above plus a multi-tap 120V control circuit transformer (208-230/460V primary)
All panels include wiring diagram. 3-year warranty. Select a 1- or 3-phase blower control panel with an adjustable overload amp range that encompasses the Full Load Amp (FLA) rating on your motor’s nameplate for the line voltage at which you will be operating. Where ranges overlap, select the overload range that provides the most upward adjustment.
