This Velocity Meter offers the latest trans-phase ultrasonic non-contact measuring technology, for accurate, reliable flow velocity monitoring of liquid with suspended solids for aeration applications. The large easy-to-read digital display shows velocity in feet per second or meters per second. Range is 0.3 to 30.0 fps. Operates over 30 continuous hours on (2) AA cell batteries (included). Typical accuracy is 2% full scale. The clamp-on transducer works on all metal and plastic pipe from 1/2 to 120". Maximum transducer temperature is 140°F.
Includes: meter, transducer, tube of mounting compound and carrying case.
Note: Applications must be full pipe liquid flows with greater than 100 ppm of suspended solids 100 microns or larger.
