This industrial grade meter was specifically designed to work with aggressive chemicals <100 cp in viscosity. Rotor and supports are made of PVDF, bearings are ceramic and the O-ring seals in the union connection are Viton®. Operates at pressures up to 150 psig and temperatures up to 140°F.
Electronic register has 6-digit display that operates on dual lithium power cells that are rated for 4,000 hours of life. During periods of no flow, the electronics go into a “sleep” mode to conserve battery life. Calibration settings are not lost when batteries are replaced with the exception of the two selectable totalizers. In normal operation, one totalizer is locked for cumulative totals whereas the second totalizer can be reset for batching.
Linear range accuracy is ±2% for the 1/2" size and ±1.5% for the 1" size. Repeatability is ±0.3% for both. For best results install where you have straight lengths of 20X pipe size on the inlet side and 10X leading from the discharge side. Furnished with NPT(F) union connections.
