These electronic turbine meters combine trouble-free high technology computer accuracy with turbine accuracy for the ultimate in low cost liquid flow measurement. The turbine rotor is the only moving part and there are no seals to leak. Meters operate on field replaceable dual lithium power cells and they go into a "sleep" mode when there is no fluid flow. Calibration settings are retained when batteries are changed. Totals reset to zero when power source is changed. Battery life over 4,000 hrs.
Factory calibration is for non-viscous liquid (water) with ±1.5% accuracy. Repeatability is ±0.5%. For other fluid conditions, the meter can be field calibrated to assure high accuracy. Install where you can have 20X pipe size on inlet side and 5X pipe size on discharge side for best results. Operating temperature is 14 to 140°F. Nylon version is 150 psi; Stainless steel is 1500 psi. Batch meter capability, 4-20 outputs and remote readouts are available as options on SS only.
