The SeaMetrics tee-mount flow sensors allow use in pipes down to 1/2". Like their larger counterparts, the IP81 sensors can be used in slightly turbid or gray water. Use the 12-32 VDC externally powered sensor (stock # 11720) with SeaMetrics FT420, FT520 or FT522 flow monitors. Use the battery powered sensor (stock # 11730) with the FT415 flow monitor in applications where AC power is not available.
Sensors operate over a wide range of velocities and their durable construction ensures years of trouble-free service. When service is necessary, the entire impeller assembly can be replaced in a matter of minutes with the available rotor repair kit. Kit includes rotor, shaft and bearings.
Both sensors include an 18-foot AWG 3-conductor wire pigtail. Mounting tees are Sch 80 PVC and include appropriate length male stub ready to install in your pipeline. Mounting tees are not included and must be ordered separately.
