These 316 SS gauges feature diaphragm seal assemblies consisting of heavy-duty housings and diaphragms. Together, these protective elements isolate the metallic internal gauge components from corrosive chemicals and organic matter.
The diaphragm seal is filled with either glycerin for general applications or Fluorolube for chlorine applications, providing a smooth gauge response. The gauges for general-purpose use are glycerin liquid-filled, while the gauges for chlorine use are dry. Built-in snubber provides adequate shock protection.
Note: For chlorine applications, order gauges with Fluorolube seal fill.
