These gauges with flushable protectors are great for pressure sensing in applications where heavy debris or solids are present in the line. Unlike traditional single entry, diaphragm equipped gauge protectors, the area underneath the flexible sensing member is an open ended tubular design that you can easily flush or clean with a rod. Use for sewer lines that may contain enough solids to clog standard gauges and/or diaphragm seals.
The heavy-duty PVC body with SS fasteners and Viton® diaphragms is rated for 200 psi. Gauges are 2-1/2" liquid filled with back mounted SS cases and 1-1/2% full-scale accuracy. Measures 3"Dia x 3-1/2"L with 1/2" NPT(F) connections. 4" gauges, as well as 3/4" and 1" inlet/outlet connections are available as a special order; contact USABlueBook for more details.
