Ultra-ADA Pads provide a simple way to alert the visually impaired of upcoming intersections. Their raised truncated domes provide a clear change of surface that can be felt easily by feet or a tapping cane. These ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliant domes provide better slip resistance and impact resistance than composites. Flexible construction conforms to fit dips, slopes and inclines in sidewalks and walkways.
Install these pads as part of either new construction (cast-in-place) or as a retrofit (surface-mount). Cast-in-place models feature galvanized-steel mesh molded into the bottom of the pad to help secure it to the concrete. Surface-mount models install quickly and easily using adhesive and anchors (included). Choose from four sizes in either safety yellow or brick red.
