Sunlight-resistant Sch 80 PVC hydrant is impervious to adverse soil conditions. Hydrants feature all-brass connections and stainless steel hardware. Enclosed ball valve extension rod with lockable cap is operated with a meter key. Hydrant extends 24" above ground. Discharge direction can be adjusted prior to permanent installation.
Standard hydrant valves have a 3-ft bury depth and are not self-draining. Longer lengths and factory installed self-draining valves are available. Optional diffuser and sampling accessories are also available.
