Our heavy-duty 5-ft markers have all of the features you want: bend strength, corrosion resistance and high visibility. Its corrosion-free, UV-resistant fiberglass construction withstands extreme bending without breaking. Markers with springs provide 360° flexibility—a great feature in areas with lots of children. Specially wound springs return markers to full upright position and are coated with zinc and yellow dichromate for corrosion protection.
Choose from three connection types: Spring-equipped markers are available with L-brackets for hydrant flange bolt mounting or loop connections for mounting on 2-1/2" or 4-1/2" nozzles behind the cap. MIL-SPEC steel L-brackets are polyurethane coated. The loop brackets have a powder-coated enamel finish with poly cover.
A low-cost, loop-mounted marker with a rigid connection is also available. All loop mounts require less than 1/2" clearance between cap and hydrant body for a tight fit.
For extra visibility in critical areas, order the optional 4" x 5" Mini Flag. These red UV-protected, exterior-grade PVC flags are striped with white reflective tape. Mount mini flags to 3/8" marker poles using integral screw-tightened clamp.
