These reagent sets are specifically designed for use in the Hach CL17 and HF scientific CLX chlorine analyzers. Reagents are shipped dry in the bottle. Just add DI (purified) water and they are ready for use! The kits are less caustic than many other chlorine test kits available. They have been proven accurate in side-by-side studies.

Choose from free or total chlorine reagent sets. Free Chlorine reagent set includes: one bottle of free chlorine buffer compound to control pH, one bottle of free chlorine indicator and one bottle of DPD powder to be added to the indicating solution bottle.
Total Chlorine reagent set includes: one bottle of total chlorine buffer compound to control pH, one bottle of total chlorine indicator compound and one bottle of DPD powder to be added to the indicating solution bottle.
Note: You must use deionized or purified water when mixing the JAW reagent sets. Using chlorinated tap water will cause poor performance in your chlorine analyzer.
