The Flow Probe is a highly accurate instrument for measuring the flow velocity in a number of different situations. The protected turbo-prop sensor is coupled to a digital display which incorporates true velocity averaging for the most accurate measurements. Ballpark gpm can be calculated based on a profile of the flow velocities in a given channel, pipe or flume. Handy telescoping handle makes the Flow Probe easy to use just about anywhere. Use for manholes, streams and rivers, lakes, stormwater runoff, filter bed studies, tanks and many other applications. Reads in ft/sec to one decimal place.
