These reliable peristaltic metering pumps feature a true variable-speed DC motor for more consistent chemical feed without mechanical starting/ stopping. They are self priming, even against maximum line pressure. Pumps feature a user-friendly keypad and a VGA backlit LCD screen that shows % of motor speed plus service and alarm status. The innovative tube failure detection system stops pump operation in the event of a tube failure.
Choose series A4 pumps for flow rates to 171 GPH. Control pump output manually or with 4-20 mA, 0-10 VDC or pulse signals. A 30 VDC contact closure for remote start/stop is also included. Three 30 VDC contact closures are assignable to monitor TDS system, FVS, motor on, or operating mode error. The display also shows input signal values and units.
Connect the optional Micro-Flo flow verification sensor to the pump for continuous monitoring of chemical flow. If chemical fails to inject, the pump stops and its programmable 10-amp alarm relay closes, allowing for remote alarm indication or initiation of a back-up pump.
All pumps feature a NEMA 4X (IP66) washdown enclosure constructed from chemical resistant powder-coated aluminum. Additional voltages and feed rates are available as special order. Contact USABlueBook for details.
Includes: two pump tubes, PVDF injection fitting and foot strainer. Tubing is not included with A4 model pumps which feature a 1/2" MNPT connnection size, and should be hard piped.
