The RACO Alarm Agent provides a great way to setup, maintain and control multiple autodialers from one source. This user-friendly “master” cellular autodialer is completely programmable from any internet-ready computer via www.alarmagent.com. Just register your system online, and log in anytime to view and adjust system settings without having to access any of your autodialers directly. Use the website to check your wireless RTU’s status, notification order and contact preferences for alarms, alarm activity and details of alarm response activity. You can also use it to add stations and change your alarm parameters.
In an alarm condition, notification is sent through cell phone, email, landline, pager or SMS text. Recipients can acknowledge these alarms through phone calls, email responses or on the www.alarmagent.com dashboard. The uni’s notification features ensure that all alarms are received and responded to as quickly as possible, while documenting event data.
At www.alarmagent.com, you can customize reports on alarms and pump-station analyses. With a few simple clicks, you can set up your system to produce reports such as pump runtime, pump GPM, pump start ratio, WRTU commands and more—all without purchasing additional software.
The Alarm Agent requires a service plan. A Standard 1-year service plan is included with the cost of each unit. For upgraded service, three other 1-year plans are available, including the Enhanced Analog, Enhanced Arm/Disarm and Premium plans. Note: The Alarm Agent requires a one-time setup charge per customer (stock # 34098). After your order is placed, we’ll send you a customer setup form that you’ll need to fill out and fax in to RACO. RACO will then input your data and send you an email with instructions and login information for www.alarmagent.com.
