Chem-Tainer’s round horizontal bulk tanks are manufactured from linear polyethylene resins that comply with FDA regulation 21 CFR 177.1520(c) 3.1 and 3.2. UV stabilizers have been added for outdoor usage.
The molded-in legs add greater stability. Tanks are translucent for better liquid level determination. Calibration marks are molded into the plastic so they’re easy to see and won’t fade with time. Tanks are designed for chemicals with a specific gravity up to 1.5 or 1.9 at 73°F (based on model). Operating temperatures are to 140°F.
Ordering info: Bands and skids are sold separately. Bands (required for all tanks) are used to stabilize the tank. Optional skids are available in select sizes to mount the tank to your truck. A copy of the tank drawing will be faxed to you. Please sketch where the fittings are to be mounted. We won’t be able to process your order without this sketch. All tanks ship motor freight. Not for underground use.
