The CorrTran AQUA is a unique corrosion monitoring solution—no more traditional corrosion coupon racks! Use this compact, 4-20mA corrosion monitor to detect general corrosion, localized corrosion and conductance. Because the meter is installed in-line, it provides immediate understanding of control measures by detecting transient corrosion activity, and relating it to the conditions in your process.
By consistently monitoring your corrosion levels, you’ll better understand the effectiveness of your inhibitors, the concentration at which your inhibitors need to be maintained, and many other variables that affect corrosion such as pH or oxygen reduction potential. Readings are taken in real time about every 30 minutes, and displayed in mil/mm per year or a 0-1 pitting factor.
Choose from models with or without a digital display. Both are easy to set up using the included software. Simply select your operating mode, your preferred units of measurement (mill/year or mm/year), your upper/lower limits, and your alarm mode. For your convenience, the CorrTran AQUA comes pre-set with the most common corrosion parameters in the water treatment industry.
