The FloPro XCi doppler flowmeter offers a total monitoring solution for both water quantity and quality. It makes measuring multiple flows and other water quality parameters more flexible and affordable. One instrument monitors up to five insertion flow sensors in full pipes from 4 to 100" in diameter. Continuous "wave" doppler ultrasound technology gives a true average velocity across the whole stream profile.

Customize the system for your specific application! The XCi supports up to five interface cards of your choosing. These cards let the XCi use third-party sensors, including pH, conductivity, dissolved oxygen, or other manufacturers’ flow sensors. You can select from several telemetry card options to take your data back to the office.

The XCi is housed in a rugged weatherproof enclosure. It includes an internal 12-VDC battery, or you can power it with an optional AC/DC power supply or solar panel. Free Windows®-based FloCom Plus™ software is available for meter configuration and diagnostics—go to www.maceusa.com to download the latest version. Software requires a USB or serial interface cable (order separately).

Select from a variety of optional MACE interface cards to customize your system. A Doppler Velocity Card is required for each MACE insertion flow sensor you order (up to five sensors). The I/O Card supports up to seven third-party sensor inputs and four control outputs including 4-20 mA, voltage and digital. This card also supplies a 12-VDC power source for your sensors. Each Pulse I/O Card supports a single pulsing flow sensor input and provides a pulse output, which lets you monitor, log and control with third-party flow sensors. The SDI-12 Master Card lets your XCi control and log third-party microprocessor-based sensors for parameters such as pH, conductivity and dissolved oxygen. The FloSI Telemetry Interface Card provides an SDI-12 or ModBus output to interface your XCi to SCADA systems or third-party data loggers. The WebComm Card lets you upload internal logged data to the web-based MACE Data Server via mobile telephone networks. This low-cost remote data service is FREE of any ongoing charges.
