Use these industrial glass thermometers for your most demanding applications. They feature a rugged lightweight glass-reinforced nylon case and a large dual-scale dial with white-coated aluminum background and bold graduations for easy reading. 1-1/4"-18 swivel nut process connection and 180° adjustable stem allow you to position the thermometer at the best viewing angle.
To create a sealed process connection use the thermometer with an appropriate thermowell (order separately). The thermowell lets you remove the thermometer without disrupting the process. Thermowells have a 3/4" NPT(M) process connection
Note: when installing thermometer in thermowell, we recommend coating the end of the thermometer with silicone heat transfer compound (stock # 12197) to improve heat transfer and response time.
