The Dynatel 2550X-iD locator is capable of locating cable, pipe, all models of passive markers, and 3M EMS markers. It also read/writes to 3M iD Markers (sold separately). The lightweight design, large display, and simple interface make it easy to use.

The locator features six active frequencies for direct connect. Trace view mapping provides a graphic display of the cable direction and position. Integrated Bluetooth® connectivity is compatible with Bluetooth-enabled GPS/GIS field mapping instruments, allowing for real-time mapping of marker placements. 12-watt transmitter features four induction frequencies that can be used simultaneously when in direct connection.
