Locate EMS balls, disks, tape and other electronic markers with this EMS locator. Just select “path” marker locating for EMS caution tape or “ID/EMS” for ball/disk marker locating. The push of one button will provide the depth to any of the underground marking solutions.

For added functionality, use the 7420X locator with 3M iD marker balls or disks, which feature programmable RFID chips. These chips let you add specific information such as facility data, type of application, placement date and other details. After the locator reads this data, it may be transferred via RS-232 communications port to your PC (RS-232-to-USB-C adapter cable included). Order iD marker balls and disks separately.

Bluetooth® connectivity compatible with GPS/GIS field mapping instruments. The customized interface commands the GPS/GIS device for real-time mapping of marker placements. Internal GPS can be saved internally or directly to a memory stick compatible with USB Type-C connector.
