Aqua-Jet surface aerators are exceptionally reliable and durable. Their unique vibration-controlled design controls velocity to 0.3 in/sec to ensure smooth operation, reducing maintenance costs and minimizing the chance of equipment failures.
They deliver superior oxygenation and mixing in municipal or industrial applications—ideal for oxidation ditches, activated sludge systems, lagoons and extended aeration systems. They’re also suitable for a variety of industrial applications such as refineries, meat processing plants and chemical waste treatment facilities. 3-year limited mechanical/no grease warranty.
Note: Electrical cables and mooring hardware are not included and must be ordered separately. See below for mooring options and optional accessories.

Restrained Mooring Frames, Stainless Steel
These frames allow the aerator or mixer to slide up and down existing mooring posts as the water level changes, allowing for full basin height operation. Note: Post spacing must meet Aqua-Aerobic layout specifications and basin must be drained for installation.
100'L cable w/ 7" & 19" side cables. Cables offer an economical mooring option, but do not tolerate water elevation changes. Install so cables form a “Y” or “+” shape (without crossing). They have some ability to support electrical cables and are compatible with the maintenance loop assemblies above. Note: Installation hardware not included; order separately below.
Use to pull the aerator unit or mixer to the opposite side of the basin or lagoon. Loop is supplied pre-assembled with snap hooks, thimbles, rope and cable ties.

These dome covers (referred to as Aqua-Jet II) reduce misting caused by larger hp aerators in smaller areas. They also reduce odors and help protect the aerator from freeze/thaw cycles. Assemblies consist of fiberglass cover segments, a discharge cover reinforcement kit, diffusion head bracket and all necessary fasteners for installation.
Note: Covers reduce oxygen transfer efficiency by approximately 30% and require special mooring considerations for installation. Not compatible with Low Trajectory Diffuser Assemblies (LTDs).
Use to extend the aerator's intake cone and permit deeper intake of water. Models for 30-hp and higher aerators include fasteners for field installation; other sizes require factory installation.
Anti-Erosion Assemblies with Liner Protection, Stainless Steel
Use to protect shallow basins from scouring. Install by welding onto the aerator’s cone cross (standard on Aqua-Jet models 20 hp and higher; purchase a cone cross separately for 15 hp and smaller models).
