Use for shutting off water services in situations where unauthorized persons may turn them back on. The locks install easily and are almost impossible to cut or remove without the special key.

Use the barrel lock when you have a valve with lockwings. The meter doesn't have to be removed. The case-hardened body can't be sawed or clipped with a bolt cutter. All stainless steel construction prevents rust under any conditions. Plastic dust caps snap over the end of barrel locks to prevent water and dirt from entering and clogging the keyhole.

Choose from two key styles; keys sold separately. The #6 standard key is the traditional lever handle style. The #6 EZY key fits in either the left or right hand, and has a squeeze handle to eliminate stress on the key during use.

Barrel lock shaft shank length is 5/8" (distance between end cap and lock head). Barrel lock overall length is 2-1/8".
