CHEM-FEED CD1F multi-diaphragm metering pumps feature a unique dual-diaphragm design eliminates vapor lock to ensure a smooth, near-constant flow of chemical. CD1F pumps are self-priming like peristaltic pumps, but have the added benefit of being able to pump against high pressures.
The suction and discharge ports are integrated into a manifold—easily position ports on the left or right side of the pump to suit your configuration. A snap-in-place bracket lets you mount the pump to the wall or floor. The brushless DC motor operates continuously without overheating.
DiaFlex® diaphragms are long-lasting, minimizing downtime and maintenance. If a rupture occurs, a diaphragm failure detection system senses the presence of chemical in the pump head and stops the pump and/or triggers an alarm relay (requires M12 cable kit; stock # 351755).
Use with 50% sodium hydroxide (caustic). Call for compatibility with other chemicals. Wetted materials: PVDF head, PVDF fittings, ceramic check balls, Flex-A-Prene® diaphragm and EP seats.
Includes: 5 feet of 3/8" OD PVC suction tubing, 5 feet of 3/8" OD PE discharge tubing, foot valve/strainer, ceramic weight, discharge injection fitting with check valve, mounting hardware kit, and display shield.
