FLEXFLO metering pumps feature a variable-speed brushless DC motor for consistent chemical feed without mechanical starting and stopping. The Tube Failure Detection (TFD) system eliminates the risk of running the pump motor if the pump tube leaks. If leaked chemical is detected inside the pump head, the pump stops and its programmable alarm relay closes; this allows for remote alarm indication or initiation of a back-up pump.
Each pump includes two tube assemblies: choose from three tube materials based on your application. Specifed pump tubes* feature an innovative two-channel design that increases operational life to more than four times that of traditional tubes of the same throughput and pressure rating.
All pumps feature a NEMA 4X (IP66) washdown enclosure constructed from chemical-resistant powder-coated aluminum. Additional voltages and feed rates are available as special order; contact us for more information.

Pumps with 3/8" OD discharge connections also include: 10-ft suction tube, 10-ft discharge tube and ceramic weight.

A3 and A4 pumps feature a user-friendly full color touchscreen that displays pump output speed, control mode and alarm status. Control pump output manually or with 4-20 mA, 0-10 VDC or pulse signals. A 30 VDC contact closure for remote start/stop is also included. Three 30 VDC or 115 VAC contact closures are assignable to monitor TFD system, Flow Verification Sensor (FVS) system, motor on, or operating mode error. The display also shows input signal values and units.
Note: A3 and A4 pumps have six total M12 connection ports and an Ethernet port on the rear. M12 connector cables (stock # 351755, sold separately in pairs of two) are required for wiring of all input and output types excluding Ethernet/IP.
