This unique and versatile system will quickly and safely remove dirt‚ stone‚ debris and water from 2-1/2" curb boxes up to small vaults. Duckbill removal tools and air compressor evacuation is now a thing of the past. The efficiency and safety this valve box clean-out system provides makes location of valve nuts quick and simple.  The Trav-L-Vac can be placed in the back of a pick-up truck or trailer-mounted for independent transportation to the job site.  The steel fabricated tank and frame has a holding capacity of 90 liquid gallons or 12 sq ft of solid material. The quick latch rear dump gate makes removal of debris quick and easy. An electronic high liquid shutoff turns the engine off when the tank needs to be dumped. A 2"OD x 6’L suction wand with a cam-lock coupler and wire reinforced vacuum hose are standard and secures to the unit when not in use.  The Trav-L-Vac’s Roots positive displacement blower is the key to this system. Belt driven by a 20 hp Kohler twin cylinder engine‚ it has the power to remove 100 gallons of water in less than 30 seconds. With the three-stage filter‚ dust and fine particles will not affect the performance of the vacuum. The filters are reusable by washing with water and air drying. At 345 cfm‚ it has the ability to move 15‚813 fpm through a 2" hose. The relief valve is set at 14" hg and will keep the system from overload if air movement is reduced through the hose during operation.  Shipping: Ships motor freight.
