This polymer disperser provides an economical means of blending polymer. Its simple design consists of a 3/4" NPT eductor and a funnel (each sold separately). Just connect your clean water supply to the eductor and pour the dry polymer in the funnel. As water flows through the eductor, a vacuum is created, pulling in the dry polymer.

This polymer disperser can effectively wet 5 pounds of dry polymer for each 10 to 15 gallons of water supplied to the unit. This results in a 4 to 6% concentration of polymer feed. This mixture is then sent to a tank or drum for further mixing until the dry polymer is completely dissolved. For correct operation, you must use water supply pressure from 20 to 100 psi.
