ECD (Electro-Chemical Devices) fluoride analyzer systems combine laboratory-quality technology with ultra-rugged construction. Use this S80 sensor together with a T80 transmitter for continuous, reliable measurement. Sensor offers a low cost of ownership and operation thanks to its compact, low-maintenance, single-electrode design. Units install easily in in-line or immersion-type applications.

S80 sensors come factory calibrated and ready to install. Measure free fluoride ions from 0.02 to 2000 ppm. For best results, your process should be in the optimum 5 to 8 pH range where free ions exist. Sensors feature a replaceable ion selective electrode cartridge housed in a rugged 316 stainless steel enclosure. Internal electronics digitally store calibration data. Cartridge design allows for easy electrode replacement; just unscrew the old cartridge and swap in a new one.

Each S80 sensor features a reversible/adjustable 3/4" NPT(M) stainless steel fitting with nylon ferrule for quick and easy mounting in all types of installations. For immersion applications, a 1" stand pipe is recommended. For in-line installation, purchase the flow-through cell mounted on a 17"W x 12"H PVC panel (stock # 65263).
