The Lmic is an easy-to-use combined ground microphone and electronic listening probe that lets you audibly confirm the position of underground leaks in all kinds of different conditions. Use the Lmic with tripod foot as a ground microphone to listen for leaks on hard ground surfaces such as concrete or rocky hard soil. Or use it with probe rods to carry out traditional acoustic leak surveys in softer ground, or on fittings such as valves.
The hand-held control unit features simple trigger operation and volume/ sensitivity rotary control. An LED indicates operation and battery status. The included rechargeable battery pack lasts 25 hours between charges.
Includes: handheld control unit, microphone with cable, tripod foot, two probe rods, magnetic attachment, aviation-grade headphones, AC adapter, rechargeable battery pack, carrying bag and manual.
