Crystal-controlled 82 kHz frequency ensures transmitter and receiver stay precisely tuned. Noise canceling circuitry eliminates power line interference. Mount locator on the optional 3-piece handle (stock # 25776; order separately) to conduct blind searches when the starting pont of your pipe/cable is unknown.
