The XLT-17 continues the tradition of easy-to-use equipment manufactured by Fisher Research Laboratory. This high-performance instrument can even find small leaks and low-frequency leaks such as those found in PVC pipe. The XLT-17 is economically priced, yet retains many features that professionals rely on. Three adjustable frequency filters selectively eliminate unwanted noise. The multi-sensor is designed for exceptional sensitivity, and the rubber housing adds extra insulation against wind and other undesirable outside sounds. Operates on two 9V batteries.
