Install up to four Hach measurement parameter loops in just minutes with these ready-to-use process monitoring panels. All components needed to monitor and control your process loops come pre-assembled and engineered on a single corrosion-resistant HDPE board. Be up and running quickly after installing just four bolts, a single sample inlet line, a single drain outlet line, and plugging in one 115V cord. The VAC-style cord supplies power to all panel components.

Single Parameter Monitoring Panels (SPMP)
These panels feature a dual-input SC4500 digital controller with a large 3.5" interactive color touchscreen display, datalogging and USB port for convenient access to files. Five mA analog signals as well as two SPDT relay outputs provide alarms or can control external process equipment.
Choose from two available parameters. Chlorine panels include: SC4500 controller and CL17sc analyzer, ready to measure your choice of free or total chlorine residual. Order free or total chlorine reagents separately below. Mounting holes in the panel are a direct-fit for older generation CL17 analyzers for precise replacement. Turbidity panels include: SC4500 controller and TU5300sc online laser turbidimeter with automatic cleaning module (ACM) option and mounted maintenance bracket.

Water Distribution System Monitoring Panels (WDMP)
These panels feature an SC1000 multiparameter digital controller with a large 5.5" interactive color touchscreen display module. Four mA analog signals and four SPDT relay outputs provide alarms or can control external process equipment.
Modbus TCP/IP communications and an SD card slot provide external access to datalogged files. Prognosys® predictive diagnostic software indicates sensor status and health. Internal system pressure and temperature values are also monitored. SC1000 controllers have expansion capability for additional I/O modules as your plant’s needs evolve.
Choose from three pre-engineered panels. All models include: SC1000 controller with display module; your choice of a colorimetric CL17sc or amperometric CLF10sc analyzer for chlorine (see order table; order liquid reagent sets separately below); TU5300sc turbidimeter with or without automatic cleaning module (ACM) for turbidity (see order table); 3400 digital contacting sensor for conductivity; and pHD style Ryton® sensor for pH.
