How do I check on the status of a current order?
You can view both shipping and invoicing status on the Order History page.​​​​

Shipping Status

The “Order status” column shows a status of “Pending” for orders that have not yet shipped.​​​​
When the item ships, the “Order status” column changes to “Completed.” ​​​​
To view the tracking number for your shipment, click on the order number in the first column to display the details of a specific order. The tracking number appears on the “Track & trace number” line.​​​​

Invoice Status

When an order is invoiced, the “Total” column for that order will change to a dollar amount of $0.00.​​​​
Within the individual order, the “Inv.” column will display a “1” to indicate an invoice has been created.​​​​
