How do I check on the status of a current order?
You can view both shipping and invoicing status on the Order History page.
Shipping Status
The “Order status” column shows a status of “Pending” for orders that have not yet shipped.
When the item ships, the “Order status” column changes to “Completed.”
To view the tracking number for your shipment, click on the order number in the first column to display the details of a specific order. The tracking number appears on the “Track & trace number” line.
Invoice Status
When an order is invoiced, the “Total” column for that order will change to a dollar amount of $0.00.
Within the individual order, the “Inv.” column will display a “1” to indicate an invoice has been created.
