What is an “Order Template” and how do I use it?
​​​​Order templates allow you to create and share lists of products among multiple users on the same account. There is no limit to how many order templates you can create, and the same item can exist on multiple order templates.
Creating a New Order Template​​​​
​​​​Place the desired items in your shopping cart and click “Add to Order Template.” When prompted, provide a name for the order template.​​​​
​​​​Adding to an Existing Order Template​​​​
​​​​You can add more items to an existing order template via the Order Template menu, from a product page, or from search results.​​​​
​​​​• Order template menu option: Click on “Order Templates” in the blue bar at the top of the web page to view a list of your templates.​​​​
​​​​Choose the template you want to add items to.​​​​
​​​​Enter an item number (stock #) or keywords in the search box, adjust quantity and click “Add to template.”​​​​
​​​​• Product page option: Navigate to the product detail page (PDP) of the desired item and click the “Add to Order Template” link. Then, select the order template (or multiple templates) to which you want to add the item.​​​​
​​​​• Search results option: Enter keywords or an item number into the search box at the top of the page. Click on “Add to Order Template” under any item you wish to add to your order template. Then, select the order template (or multiple templates) to which you want to add the item.​​​​
​​​​Revising an Order Template​​​​
​​​​To make changes to an order template, click on “Order Templates” in the blue bar at the top of the web page. Then, click on the name of the order template you want to change.
​​​​From here, you can delete items, modify quantities, search for new items to add to the template, and add the template to your shopping cart.​​​​
​​​​Deleting an Order Template​​​​
​​​​To delete an order template, click on “Order Templates” in the blue bar at the top of the web page. Then, select a template and click “Remove.” ​​​​
