I order the same products on a regular basis. How can I make it easier to reorder these items?
​​​​There are a few ways you can do this. You can reorder based on a previous order by going through the “My orders” page (shown below) or “My invoices” page. You may also create an order template (see next question).​​​​
​​​​Step 1: Click “My Account” in the blue banner at the top of the web page.​​​​
​​​​Step 2: Click “My orders” under the list of account options on the left to see a list of your 10 most recent orders. If the order you wish to reorder does not appear on the list, click “Show Next 10 Orders.”​​​​
​​​​TIP If you know the order number, you can easily search for the order. Go to the top of the “Order History” page and enter the order number in the “Order no.” field. Then, select the approximate date it was placed and click “Search.”​​​​
​​​​Step 3: When you locate the order, click “View Details” in the far-right column.​​​​
Step 4: The order details will now appear. After you confirm the items are what you want to reorder, click “Reorder.”​​​​
Step 5: Click on the shopping cart icon near the top right of the page to view items in your shopping cart. Click “View shopping cart” if you want to add or remove items, or click “Checkout” to proceed.​​​​
​​​​TIP: Reordering from a previous invoice follows a similar process. Simply click on "My invoices" along the left side of the page and follow steps 3 through 5 above.​​​​
