Where can I find information on shipments?
You can view both shipping and invoicing status on the Order History page. The “Order status” column shows a status of “Pending” for orders that have not yet shipped or “Completed” for those that have shipped.​​​​
Click “My Account” in the blue banner at the top of the web page.​​​​
Click “My Invoices” under the list of account options on the left.​​​​
To view the tracking number for your shipment, click on the order number in the first column to display the details of a specific order. The tracking number appears on the “Track & trace number” line.​​​​
