Where can I find information on shipments?
You can view both shipping and invoicing status on the Order History page. The “Order status” column shows a status of “Pending” for orders that have not yet shipped or “Completed” for those that have shipped.
Click “My Account” in the blue banner at the top of the web page.
Click “My Invoices” under the list of account options on the left.
To view the tracking number for your shipment, click on the order number in the first column to display the details of a specific order. The tracking number appears on the “Track & trace number” line.
