HYMAX 2 wide-range couplings can connect pipes with different diameters. This allows you to reduce inventory levels, since one HYMAX coupling has the range of two or three competitive couplings. Wide range is achieved through a patented gasket system. The innovative flip gasket can easily flip in or out to accommodate different pipe ODs, allowing for faster and more efficient installations.
The unique two-bolt design features a 304 SS spanner on each end for simple installation. The bolts can be adjusted to the proper torque from the topside of the coupling, eliminating the need for extra excavation and under-dig for the wrench. 260 psi working pressure.

Easily join and restrain pipes of different materials and diameters. HYMAX GRIP restraint couplings combine a unique radial closing mechanism with hydraulic sealing action to produce a reliable connection in harsh ground conditions.
The closing mechanism holds pipes tightly in place during installation, giving you full control over the gap between the pipes. When liquid flows through the pipe, the coupling’s seal chamber uses the water pressure to self-inflate. This allows pipe to flex up to 4° on each side of the coupling, reducing the chance of future cracks or breaks. When the pipe applies axial pressure, the restraining element in the coupling tightens over it to prevent pullout.
Couplings allow for up to 0.8" pipe tolerance. They feature a stab-fit design with two top-facing bolts for easy installation. Nuts and bolts are protected by Molecular Anti-Galling (MAG), a dry treatment process using embedded zinc. It eliminates the need for grease, withstands the effects of dirt and sand, prevents galling, and enables repeated bolt tightening.
These versatile wide-range couplings are great for repairing pipes or connecting pipes of different sizes and materials. Simply open the coupling and wrap it around the pipe like a repair clamp. Or keep it closed and stab-fit it on like a coupling. Works both ways—no disassembly required. Two-position locking mechanism and patented bolt holder make one-person installation easy.
Two-layer gasket system lets you remove the inner gasket to achieve a diameter range of up to 1.3". Hydraulic sealing design has a dynamic deflection range of 3° per side to keep connections flexible and protect pipes from cracks and damage.

HYMAX repair clamps are rated to 150 psi—perfect for a variety of pipe repair conditions. Their OD ranges are so wide that each size can replace up to three standard range clamps. Clamps have only 2 bolts to tighten for easy installation. Just wrap them around the pipe, slide over the break, and tighten the quick-set lug assembly for a secure seal across the entire clamp length. Wraparound design requires no disassembly prior to installation, and since all work is performed on the top side of the clamp, the need for extra excavation below the pipe is reduced.
HYMAX clamps feature a deep-waffled EPDM gasket. All metal parts are made from 100% stainless steel. Nuts and bolts feature an anti-galling coating that enables repeated bolt tightening while eliminating the need for grease.
