Anyone that's operated a belt filter press or gravity belt thickener has had to deal with polymer mixing valves. Adjusting or working on these valves has always been a bothersome task. These sludge static mixers, however, require virtually no maintenance. Designed with no pinch points and non-clogging, non-intersecting mixing elements. Mixers feature a 316L stainless steel housing with six removable 316L SS mixing elements, and Class 150 304L stainless steel flat face flanged ends. Available with or without 3/4" injection ports.
