Hamilton offers a wide variety of syringes for general gas and liquid handling. Choose from Microliter® or Gastight® series. All syringes are available in your choice of point styles. Point style 2 features a 10-12° sharp beveled curved non-coring tip for gas chromatography and septum piercing. Point style 3 is blunt and electro-polished for high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) injection, thin layer chromatography (TLC), and general liquid handling.
Gastight Syringes
Gastight syringes dispense both liquids and gases. The precision-machined PTFE plunger tip creates a leak-free seal that essentially wipes the barrel's interior free of samples. This reduces cross-contamination and protects the plunger from damage—ideal with aqueous and low volatile organic samples.
Reinforced Gastight Syringes
Gastight syringes are also available with reinforced plungers for low-volume syringes with extremely small plunger wires. Reinforcement protects syringes in applications that are prone to bending and breaking small plungers.
