Dwyer's SBLT2 and SBLTX submersible level transmitters are manufactured for years of trouble-free service in the harshest applications. Use them for level measurements in well monitoring, ground water monitoring, environmental remediation, surface water monitoring, down hold and water tanks. Both units measure the height of water above their position in the tank referenced to atmospheric pressure. The bullet-nose design protects the diaphragm from damage.
Choose from two models. The SBLT2 incorporates lightning and surge protection using dual arrestor technology, grounded to case, to eliminate both power supply surges and lightning ground strike transients*. The SBLTX is UL-approved intrinsically safe for use in hazardous locations when used with a proper barrier (order stock # 17702 separately).
A ventilation tube in the cable automatically compensates for changes in atmospheric pressure above the tank. A maintenance-free filter protects the vent, so particulates or water cannot enter the transmitter. The transmitters have a 1/2" NPT(M) conduit connection.
