Use these self-priming tubing pumps to dispense a variety of chemicals. Their trusted design ensures pumped fluids come in contact only with the Norprene®/silicone pump head tubing. All models feature a rugged chemical-resistant ABS pump case, heat-treated all-metal gearing parts, and an outbound shaft supported by heavy-duty bearings. Mounting pads and a built-in mounting bracket allow flat surface or wall-mounted installation.
Dolphin (D) series pumps offer fixed-speed operation. Their built-in controller is programmable to run from 1 to 100% of the time within a 10-minute cycle.
Use with aluminum sulfate (alum), ammonium chloride, ammonium hydroxide, ammonium sulfate, calcium hypochlorite, ferric sulfate, hydrochloric acid, hydrogen peroxide, magnesium hydroxide, methanol, potassium permanganate, sodium bisulfate, 80% sodium hydroxide (caustic), 20% sodium hypochlorite, and 10% sulfuric acid (call for compatibility with other chemicals). Wetted materials: Norprene® (Tygon®) pump tube, polyethylene suction/discharge tubing, PVC injection check valve, polypropylene suction strainer w/ ceramic weight.
Pumps include: 15' polyethylene suction/discharge tubing, suction foot valve/strainer w/ ceramic weight and injection check valve assembly.
