Speeds organic solids reduction and reduces frequency of dredging. As organic solids accumulate on the bottom of ponds and lagoons, they break down and release toxic gasses. Microbe-Lift Sludge Away contains special bacteria and microbes proven effective in reducing organic solids in ponds and lagoons. This results in improved water condition and clarity.
Use Microbe-Lift Sludge Away together with Microbe-Lift IND for a complete pond/lagoon treatment system. We recommend performing a profile of the floor of your pond or lagoon to accurately measure the performance of Sludge Away.
Dose Sludge Away at a rate of 8 gallons per 100,000 gallons of pond volume. Follow initial application with weekly applications for the next four weeks. Continue treating once a month thereafter.
