Universal Filter/Silencers offer high-performance filtration and silencing in a convenient, economical cartridge configuration. The 2-1/2 to 5" models have weatherhoods made of a rugged blue ABS composite material that you can paint. 6" and 8" weatherhoods plus components on all models are carbon steel construction with a high-quality semi-gloss enamel finish.
The standard 1/8" NPT port in the top cover allows you to connect an optional air filter monitor. This inexpensive device will let you know exactly when you need to change or clean your filter element without removing the hood.
Includes: one paper element. Smaller and larger housing are available via special order.
Note: Select a Filter/Silencer based on the inlet size of your blower. All housings of a given size will accept any of the three types of filter elements available for that size.
